New Swimming Pool Wiring and Panel Installation

To ensure safe and efficient operation of the new swimming pool equipment, we installed power from the main meter to a dedicated Sub-Panel, running underground PVC conduit and wiring for a 240V 80A feed. We also wired the filtration system, heater, pump, and lights, while providing GFCI protection, and created an equipotential bonding grid for safety by grounding the equipment with bare copper wire.

EV Charger Installation

To accommodate the installation of a new hardwired Emporia Pro Level 2 EV charger, we ran a dedicated 60-amp, 240-volt circuit from the electrical panel to the charger location. This included all necessary wiring, a breaker, and conduit to ensure a safe and reliable setup. The charger was securely mounted and rigorously tested to guarantee optimal operation, meeting all electrical codes and manufacturer specifications.

Sauna and Baseboard Heater Installation

To prepare the area for the new sauna, we removed the existing baseboard heater and installed a new one provided by the customer in a different location along the wall. A dedicated circuit was established, routing new wire and conduit from the main electrical panel to the sauna site, complete with a breaker and a 120V 20A outlet specifically for powering the sauna.

Landscape Lighting and New Floodlight

To enhance visibility and safety, we installed a low-voltage landscape lighting system along the driveway. This included a pathway lighting transformer with a GFCI outlet, approximately 24 pathway lights, and low-voltage wiring. We finished by programming the transformer to meet the customer’s desired lighting operation. For improved backyard illumination, we set up a new floodlight system. This project involved installing a cut-in switch box on the bathroom’s exterior wall, creating a weatherproof mounting space for the floodlight, and implementing a wireless 3-way switch for convenient access from both the upstairs and downstairs areas near the back door.

A lighting issue in the kitchen and dining areas prompted us to retrofit four existing 4-inch recessed lights with new fixtures. We replaced the dimmer switches for optimal compatibility and performance, ensuring a seamless lighting experience. GFCI Fix

When GFCI outlets become tripped, it can lead to power loss and inconvenience. We guided Vica through identifying the affected outlets and expertly reset them, ensuring everything was functioning properly again.
